The Gallow



Life is a gift. And thus, what right does we have to take it away? Is taking a life ours to decide, or it is God?

The Gallow unfolds the reason behind this. An eye for an eye, so is it fair to pay a life for a life?

Synopsis

Mokhtar is a death row convict. He will be sent to the gallow in a matter of months. Meanwhile, Aiesya is a young lawyer who intends to change Mokhtar’s fate. Destiny brought them together. Destiny unfolds the story of a death row convict’s who was once called the Double Murderer in the nation’s legal history. But has Mokhtar really forgiven himself for the sin that he has committed? And what convince a rookie lawyer like Aiesya to come and challenge our legal system?

And is it our decision to take one's life?

Gallow means "To fright or terrify"
Gallows means "A device usually consisting of two upright posts supporting a crossbeam from which a noose is suspended and used for execution by hanging; a gallows tree.
A similar structure used for supporting or suspending.
Execution by hanging: a crime punishable by the gallows"
